Il Lirico is a unique sparkling wine studied in every detail: dark, very fragrant and impactful, it contains a background softness and a persistent structure on the palate. Visually it is intense ruby red and to the nose it recalls the flavours of red fruit now close to ripening. Suitable with red meat main courses, perfect with fresh pasta, but also with small dry pastries.
